Home security system company ADT Inc. expects to raise $2 billion from its upcoming initial public offering.
ADT made its IPO announcement on Dec. 21, a year after it was taken private through an acquisition by Apollo Global Management.
ADT, which applied to list shares on the New York Stock Exchange, would still be controlled by Apollo.
