Boca Raton, Florida-based ADT Inc. signed its second acquisition deal this month.
The security and automation services provider announced yesterday it purchased Acme Security Systems, which operates out of the San Francisco Bay area.
Earlier in the month, ADT announced plans to purchase Aronson Security Group.
Transaction terms were not disclosed.
