ADP's latest workforce report shows private companies reduced jobs in June for the first time in over two years.
The report shows the private workforce fell by 33,000 jobs last month. Economists were projecting 100,000 new jobs.
The official U.S. jobs report from the federal government is scheduled to be released on Thursday.
