Adidas to open 3,000 new stores in China

German sportswear brand Adidas plans to launch 3,000 new stores in China by 2020.

The company currently sells its running shoes and active wear in 9,000 Chinese stores.

The market trails only Western Europe and North America in terms of revenue for Adidas.
