AdaptHealth to buy AeroCare in $2B deal

Home health care equipment company AdaptHealth Corp. announced plans to buy respiratory and home medical equipment distributor AeroCare Holdings Inc.

The cash-and-stock deal is valued at roughly $2 billion.

Officials expect the deal to close in the first quarter of 2021.
