Acquisition-heavy company buys Springfield roofing business

Posted online

A Highlandville-based roofing and gutter company that has grown through multiple acquisitions in recent years has purchased a Springfield business.

Storm Restorations of America LLC, which recently began doing business as SRA Roofing & Gutters, announced the purchase of commercial roofer Springfield Roofing Systems LLC in a news release issued this morning. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed in the release, and a company official could not be reached for comment by deadline.

"Springfield Roofing Systems has built a strong reputation for quality commercial roofing, and their team’s expertise fits perfectly with our vision of providing best-in-class roofing solutions for both homeowners and businesses," SRA Roofing & Gutters owner Keith Barber said in the release.

The release indicates Springfield Roofing Systems is transitioning to the SRA Roofing & Gutters brand "with the same dedicated team."

The purchase of Springfield Roofing Systems is SRA Roofing & Gutters' eighth acquisition in four years. SRA's website lists its family of companies as JC Contracting, The Micham Roofing Co., Luecke's Roofing, Hunter Roofing, Ivey Roofing, Rain Away Seamless Guttering and American Roofing & Renovations Inc.

Barber started SRA in 2022, according to past reporting.
