Quagga Accessories has filed suit against Sam's Club in a case involving unpaid products.
The suit alleges Sam’s Club owes Quagga Accessories more than $330,000 for neck gaiters, a type of neck and mouth covering, ordered during the pandemic.
A Sam's Club spokesperson said the company would “respond appropriately to the court once we are served with the complaint.”
