Professional services company Accenture inked a deal to acquire St. Louis-based Maryville Consulting Group.
The financial terms of the acquisition of the technology consultancy were not disclosed.
Maryville Consulting Group's over 100 employees are expected to join Accenture, an international firm with its headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.
