Loft renovations at the Busy Bee building, 324 Park Central West, are complete, and the building was on display during a Dec. 29 open house. The $1.7 million project features nine lofts, ranging in monthly rent from $650 to $1,275, and 3,000 square feet of first-floor retail space. The building, developed by Tom and Nancy Dornan and Reg Cordry, was completed Dec. 15, though interior finishing touches to the retail floor will be made once a tenant leases space.
