Disney‘s ABC has filed a lawsuit against the Federal Communications Commission.
The First Amendment lawsuit alleges ABC was punished for monologues from late-night host Jimmy Kimmel and commentary on daytime roundtable program “The View.”
ABC is seeking a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction.
