AB InBev raises offer for SABMiller

Following a sharp decrease in the value of the British pound, Anheuser-Busch InBev has raised its offer for London-based SABMiller.

The Belgian-based brewer upped its offer by a pound per share, valuing SABMiller at about $103.8 billion.

AB InBev said the new offer would be its last.
