Morelock-Ross Builders Inc. is the general contractor for the roughly 35,000-square-foot, three-story addition to an office building owned by Sachs Real Properties LLC. The space will house the law offices of Aaron Sachs & Associates. Bates & Associates Architects Inc. is the architect for the project, and the engineers are Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; Wells & Scaletty LLC, structural; and Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. BancorpSouth is the lender for the project, which has an estimated cost of $2.5 million. Sachs’ law firm plans to occupy the third floor and 20 percent of the 8,000-square-foot second floor, with the remaining second-floor space available for lease. Covered parking is on the ground level. Existing tenants in the building include The Whitlock Co. and Regions Bank. The addition is slated for completion in October.[[In-content Ad]]
