Johnny Cunningham, managing partner of the new Texas Roadhouse, cuts the ribbon to open his restaurant Dec. 12. The eatery, located at 255 E. Monastery St., is the fourth Texas Roadhouse in Missouri, joining more than 210 locations in 41 states. The new restaurant employs about 150 people.
