The 1 million-square-foot mixed-use development dubbed Zona Rosa is seeking office tenants for the first time in five years.
According to the Kansas City Business Journal, Grantham University is moving its administrative headquarters and 350 jobs to Lenexa, Kan., enticed by tax incentives across the state line.
Near the Kansas City International Airport, the online university’s pending move will vacate 47,000 square feet out of Zona Rosa’s 125,000 square feet of office space.
Among the tenants at the outdoor shopping center are Dick’s Sporting Goods, Express, Bar Louie, CVS and Citizens Bank.
