Bottom left, McClure presents a plaque to Cheryl Knox, owner and operator of Lettuce Cater to You Café, 216 E. Walnut. Knox, seen here with her children, Josh, Sarah and Abbie, also does corporate and private catering.

Bottom right, Horton presents a plaque to J.E. Cornwell, publisher of JEC Publishing Co., also in the Vandivort. JEC publishes recipe books, including one in the works for the Springfield Cardinals.
