A-B InBev reaches deal for SABMiller China business

Anheuser-Busch InBev has reached a deal to sell SABMiller's stake in a Chinese brewer to China Resources Beer Co. Ltd.

In a deal valued at $1.6 billion, A-B InBev is selling SABMiller's 49 percent stake in China Resources Snow Breweries Ltd.

China Resources Beer Co. already owns the remaining 51 percent.
