A-B InBev finalizes acquisition of SABMiller

Anheuser-Busch InBev closed yesterday on its over $100 billion purchase of rival SABMiller.

The beer companies announced the deal in November, bringing to an end years of speculation.

The combined company has $55 billion in annual sales and a global market share of around 28 percent.
