A-B InBev class action suit goes to arbitration

A class action lawsuit filed against Anheuser-Busch InBev over allegedly unpaid overtime has been sent to an arbitrator.

The suit was filed in California in August. It claims A-B InBev did not pay two truck drivers for overtime and denied paid breaks, according to the St. Louis Business Journal.

A California judge ruled the drivers were bound by an arbitration agreement, even though they claimed they never received copies of the agreement by mail.
