Discount chain 99 Cents Only Stores is winding down its business operations.
The company, which has stores in California, Texas, Arizona and Nevada, cited rising costs and shrink, or merchandise losses from customer errors, damage, internal losses and shoplifting.
The company is working with Hilco Global to liquidate its merchandise.
