Israel-based DNA testing service MyHeritage announced more than 92 miller user accounts were hacked.
The company found out about the data breach when employees discovered a file named “myheritage” containing email addresses and hashed passwords on a private server.
“There has been no evidence that the data in the file was ever used by the perpetrators," company officials said.
