A Little Rock, Arkansas, hotel developed by John Q. Hammons is getting a $6.8 million renovation.
Owned since 2005 by Atrium Finance III LP, the Embassy Suites by Hilton will have a remodeled lobby, guestrooms and hallways as part of the project.
The 225,000-square-foot hotel has an appraised value of $19.4 million.
