Judy Mills, president and CEO of the Better Business Bureau of Southwest Missouri, presents the lifetime achievement award to Jim Craig, who led the Springfield chapter for 38 years before retiring in 2005. The award was part of an Aug. 27 luncheon at the Tower Club celebrating the office’s 75th anniversary. During Craig’s tenure, the local chapter grew from 32 members to more than 700.
