Seven & i Holdings, the parent company of 7-Eleven, has appointed a new CEO.
Stephen Dacus, 64, is slated to become the company's first foreign-born CEO when he takes on the role in May. He'll succeed Ryuichi Isaka.
Seven & i Holdings also announced it would hold an initial public offering for its U.S. convenience store business. The company has more than 13,000 7-Eleven locations in the United States.
