Project description: It’s another blink-and-you’ll-miss-it installation of a modular 7 Brew Coffee building, this time in Nixa, on McCroskey Street north of Wasson Drive with its front visible to passersby on Missouri Route 13. Work continues on infill. Kinetic Design and Development officials say the new 7 Brew features the brand’s prototypical Nichiha USA-brand fiber cement panel facade and signature blue LED lighting. “Constructed in Springfield as a state-approved modular unit and transported to the site, the design delivers efficiency without compromising the bold 7Brew identity,” Kinetic officials said in an email. This is Nixa’s first 7 Brew Coffee store; there are seven existing stores in Springfield, one in Republic and one in Ozark, according to the company’s website.
