A midair collision on Jan. 29 killed all 67 people on board an Army helicopter and an American Airlines flight from Kansas that was en route to Reagan National Airport.
The incident marks the deadliest aviation disaster in the United States since 2001.
Officials with the National Transportation Safety Board said it's too soon to speculate on the cause of the crash and pledged to release a preliminary report within 30 days.
