This Morelock-Ross Builders project at 2335 E. Chestnut Expwy., named 66 Place, is in the first of two phases. The first three buildings, totaling 70,000 square feet, will primarily be used for office and warehouse space, according to builder Kenny Ross. He said the targeted completion date for phase I is Jan. 1, 2002. Marshall-Waters-Woody Associates is the project architect and R.B. Murray Co. is the leasing agent. Ross said that one tenant has been signed; Fine Arts Creations will lease 20,000 square feet. Phase II, which consists of 60,000 square feet between two buildings, will begin next spring.
