A 62-acre Swedish village with 70 buildings has been listed for sale at $7.2 million.
The 300-year-old village has been used as a wellness retreat and a holistic research and treatment center. It's been owned since 2002 by a group of 15 local residents who want to preserve its history.
The village, Satra Brunn, has an estimated 45 buildings that could be converted into personal homes, according to one of its shareholders.
