Indianapolis-based developer Milhaus is planning a nearly $55 million apartment complex in Kansas City.
Located across from the University of Kansas Medical Center campus, the project is designed with 224 apartments.
Milhaus intends to file for rezoning and plan amendment requests in late May or early June for the development dubbed Jamestown Square.
