$426M lottery ticket sold in California

A $426 million lottery ticket was sold in Woodland Hills, California.

The unidentified winner can choose to take a lump sum of $293 million or receive the entire winnings in 30 payments over the next 29 years.

California public schools are set to receive about $40 million from ticket sales.
