40% of workforce says it's paid unfairly

Roughly two in every five workers say they are unfairly paid, according to a new report from career services website Glassdoor. In all, 42 percent of women say they are unfairly paid, as do 34 percent of men.

But it isn’t all about pay for workers across the country. Other benefits can keep them happy, too: 61 percent of survey participants said more paid vacations would help keep them satisfied, while 52 percent are calling for more career opportunities and half of workers want more flexible work hours, according to Fox Business.

There were a few differences of opinion among the sexes. Sixty percent of women wanted more flexible work hours compared to 40 percent of men. However, 51 percent of men were interested in company stock share versus 37 percent of women.
