Leadership development firm Fierce Inc. discovered in a survey that over half of Americans ignore toxic colleagues. Less than a quarter confront them.
"When it comes to toxic behavior, a lot is at stake," Fierce Executive Vice President Stacey Engle said. "Ignoring the issue will cost an organization and its employees by negatively impacting morale, productivity and well-being."
Engle suggested four steps you can take to have a productive talk with your boss about a toxic co-worker.
