Severe weather over Memorial Day weekend has left at least four people dead and a dozen missing in Texas and Oklahoma.
According to CNN, record rains washed away hundreds of homes, and three deaths were reported in Oklahoma. Heavy thunderstorms and flash flooding prompted Texas Gov. Greg Abbott to declare 37 counties under emergency disaster.
In southeast Missouri and northeast Arkansas, a tornado warning was in effect until Tuesday morning, according to The Weather Channel.
