Manufacturing conglomerate 3M Co. announced plans to cut 2,000 jobs.
The company expects to realize annual pre-tax savings of up to $250 million from the layoffs.
The layoffs were announced alongside a lower earnings forecast for 2019 of up to $9.75 per share.
