A lawsuit filed by 3M accuses a third-party Amazon seller of marketing fake, damaged and defective versions of its N95 masks.
The suit accuses Mao Yu and affiliated companies of falsely advertising under the 3M brand.
In the suit, 3M officials claim the third-party seller gained more than $350,000 through the alleged scheme.
