More than 3.8 million adjustable BowFlex dumbbells have been recalled.
Over 100 reports have come in of the metal plates dislodging and causing injuries such as concussions and broken toes.
Johnson Health Tech Trading issued a voluntary recall. Most of the dumbbells were sold under Nautilus, a defunct company that was the previous own of BowFlex.
