Dubbed The Glade, the project calls on residences, office space and mixed-use areas.
It's a reworked version of Oxford on the Blue, a mixed-use development unveiled in 2014 with a $1.3 billion project cost. The Oxford had been designed as a biotech research park with offices and residences.
