A $30 million expansion is in the works at a development that makes use of a former hospital in St. Louis.
Delmar Divine's second phase will add 80 apartments, as well as more office and community spaces.
The initial $89 million phase included apartments, office space and retail at the former St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis’ West End neighborhood.
