The largest commercial real estate transaction in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in 2015 may have occurred with the close of the 1.4 million-square-foot Galleria Towers office park in North Dallas.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the property was expected to garner more than $300 million in the sale. The new owners plan to renovate the property, which is 70 percent leased.
