This new, nearly 18,000-square-foot, multi-unit complex is now open at 2914-2950 E. Battlefield. The facility is owned by Magers Enterprises of Springfield and was designed by Slone Architects. The general contractor was Springfield Builders Inc. R.B. Murray Company of Springfield is the leasing agent, and Ionex, a telecommunications company, has a lease pending for space in the center, according to Randy Magers. There are three tenants already, and R.B. Murray Company also has a letter of intent from a tenant for 3,600 square feet. The cost for the land and construction was about $2 million.
