$268M redevelopment of Lee's Summit golf course proposed

A local partnership is seeking to work with Lee's Summit Parks and Recreation to redevelop a city golf course.

The $268.2 proposal includes private mixed uses and public sports facilities.

The plans include a $25 million sports entertainment venue called Mammoth Athletic Club.
