A data breach at genetic testing firm 23andMe has impacted nearly 7 million customers.
A spokesperson for the company told CNN that the impacted data included ancestry reports and birth years.
The company initially reported 14,000 impacted accounts in a filing Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
