A 224,000-acre northwest Colorado ranch is on the market for $100 million.
Known as the Cross Mountain Ranch, the property owned by late real estate tycoon Ronald Boeddeker has more than 20 miles of riverfront along the Yampa, Little Snake and Williams Fork rivers.
A working cattle and sheep ranch, the property includes an 11,000-square-foot, nine-bedroom lodge.
