Of the top 25 U.S. burger chains, 22 were given failing grades in a review published Wednesday.
The failing chains include McDonald's, Burger King, White Castle and Five Guys. Shake Shack and BurgerFi were the only two to receive "A" grades, meaning they only serve beef raised without antibiotics.
The scores were published in a report dubbed "Chain Reaction IV: Burger Edition," produced by the Center for Food Safety, Consumer Reports, Food Animal Concerns Trust, U.S. PIRG Education Fund, Friends of the Earth and Natural Resources Defense Council.
