$20B discrimination claim against Comcast hits Supreme Court

The Supreme Court this week is scheduled to hear oral arguments in a $20 billion discrimination case against Comcast.

Television network operator Entertainment Studios, led by Byron Allen, filed suit against Comcast after the corporation did not agreed to do business.

Allen alleges Comcast refused to do business with him because he's black. Comcast officials has called the claims "meritless."
