2026 Dynamic Dozen

This year’s fastest-growing area business, Good Company, has been quietly building its fulfillment center operation in north Springfield. So much so that the just five-year-old company is making its debut on Springfield Business Journal’s Dynamic Dozen list at the very top.

These awards – now in their 23rd year – look at the fastest-growing organizations in the Springfield region based on a calculation of revenue growth over the past three years.

In 2025, Good Company – an e-commerce third party logistics company, known as a 3PL – recorded $31 million in revenue, that’s nearly 350% growth since just 2023.

CEO Chad Carleton says the company is leaning into a human touch in an increasingly automated world. He says that’s a key differentiator for this growing business that employs 200 people.

Good Company isn’t the only newcomer to the list, but we also have several returning companies that continue to see record growth year after year. It’s a testament to the companies themselves, the community and the market for their products and services, but as our profiles on the pages that follow note, it’s also a testament to the people at the companies. Their passion, vision and hard work make the growth possible. The growth is the measurement; the people are the power behind it.

That understanding led us to develop three new awards this year: The Visionary, Culture Champion and Heart of the Team awards. Those were selected by a panel of judges among nominations received by the 12 fastest growing companies.

Thanks to the judges for selecting the individual winners, to our third-party auditor for verifying the list calculations and to the honorees themselves for their impact on the local economy and community.

We hope that you feel inspired by the stories that follow.
