Ryan Allison wasn’t born in the Queen City, but he is a true believer in its potential.
“As a transplant that now calls the Springfield area home, I have a unique perspective of this area and how we’ve barely scratched the surface of what our community can be,” he says.
An adviser with Ollis/Akers/Arney, Allison, 38, says that coming from a business development role within the physical therapy industry, he never imagined himself working in insurance.
“When I was searching for a new job, I told myself that it didn’t matter who I worked for or what role I had; as long as I felt like I was truly impacting the lives of people I served, it would be a success,” he says. “That’s my motivation in life: to better others and make sure they are taken care of. We are all human, and we all matter.”
