Robert L. Temple, an attorney with Kembell Woods & Martinsen LLP, says he enjoys working in an office with only four attorneys.
“Working at Kembell Woods & Martinsen has given me the opportunity to thrive in a smaller, collaborative environment where I can invest in my colleagues daily,” he says.
Temple, 32, says the collaboration in his office blends proven strategies with new perspectives to deliver a work product that he believes is second to none in the Springfield area.
Temple has been in the community for a little over a year, but he says he intends to make it his home for the rest of his life. He says he has found numerous volunteerism opportunities through Sunrise Rotary and his church, St. John’s Episcopal, where he has jumped in to serve on the rector search committee to find a new pastor.
