Megan Neyer’s talent for project management has taken her far in a career spanning banking, entrepreneurship, and retail. The 37-year-old is now Maxon Fine Jewelry operations strategist, a title that didn’t exist until she arrived. Her numerous achievements include being instrumental in launching Metropolitan National Bank’s Customer Service Center. After 12 years in banking, in 2021 she started a professional organizing business.
Neyer has an extensive history with Rotary Club of Springfield Sunrise and currently sits on The Network’s Leadership Council and Aurora Downtown Project’s Organization Committee.
“I believe Springfield has a bright and beautiful future ahead,” she says, “and I’m grateful for the ways in which I get to be part of it.”
