A speech-language pathologist, educator and regional health leader, Mallory Moore seeks to grow the quality of care available in southwest Missouri.
Moore, 39, says she was the first speech-language pathologist ever elected to the board of the Lymphology Association of North America. Through that organization, she’s able to elevate the needs of head and neck cancer patients and the clinicians who provide care for them. She’s locally involved on the board of the Ozarks Neurological Foundation.
“I strive each day to combine clinical excellence with service, leadership and a deep commitment to my community,” says Moore.
Advanced training is one way she is keeping up to date. Examples include becoming a certified lymphedema therapist and earning her certification through the Lymphology Association.
