As senior director of communications for behavioral health provider Centerstone, Lauren Joslyn, 29, curates the organization’s voice for approximately 10,500 employees across nine states. She managed internal communications through the Brightli Inc. and Centerstone merger in 2025 and increased internal engagement from 25% to 65% in 14 months. Her civic involvement includes serving on The Victim Center Inc.’s board of directors and Borrow My Angel Foundation’s associate board.
